First of all I want to thank James Hopkins and J Hops Design for hosting and designing our website.

I started my fire service career in 2000 with the department. I am a third-generation firefighter with my grandfather proudly serving the department for many years and my father currently serving as President of the department as well as being a past Chief. I have held a Line Officers postition for 5 years including First Lieutenant and Assistant Chief prior to being elected to serve as Fire Chief in 2010.

I am privileged to lead our fire service organization with such committed and skilled firefighters whose goal is to help you during your time of need. Whether it is a medical emergency, a fire, or the most basic of public service calls we strive to perform professionally and competently to exceed the public’s expectations. Simply stated our personnel care deeply about their duty to serve.

The Ridgeley Volunteer Fire Department is an innovative and diverse department of volunteer members that honors the community we serve.

We are committed to providing the citizens of Mineral County with the best service possible.
